Director of Operations

James grew up in Southern California before eventually making his way to Iowa. He began his career as a firefighter paramedic, before transitioning into healthcare leadership roles. His background in emergency medicine helped shape his passion for patient care, teamwork, and operational excellence. Outside of work, James enjoys spending time fishing, reading, and finding the best tacos around. He is also a proud father and enjoys doing activities with his boys. One of James’ favorite things about working at Innovative Radiology is being part of an organization that prioritizes doing healthcare the right way for patients. He values the clinic’s patient-centered approach and enjoys working alongside a team that genuinely cares about delivering an exceptional experience. His unique background in both emergency response and healthcare operations brings a practical, people-focused perspective to the team and contributes to the culture that makes Innovative Radiology special.
