Heather Soll ARMIT

Registered Technologist

Heather grew up in Oelwein, Iowa, and graduated from Oelwein Senior High School in 1999. Heather attended the University of Northern Iowa, where she earned a BA in Elementary Education. In 2002, she was hired by Alliance HealthCare Radiology as a Patient Coordinator for an MRI mobile route, a role that sparked her interest in healthcare. Motivated to pursue a career in the field, she went back to school and became board certified as an MRI Technologist in 2007. Heather continued with Alliance as a mobile MRI Tech until 2012, when she transitioned to an MRI Tech position at one of the company's fixed sites in West Des Moines. She stayed with the facility until it was acquired by Innovative Radiology. Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is an avid kayaker, cruiser, and tropical vacation enthusiast. Heather is a loyal Iowa Hawkeye and Green Bay Packers fan. Heather also has a Yorkie named Oliver Dean, who is her pride and joy. What Heather enjoys most about working at Innovative Radiology is the collaborative environment, where the entire staff works together to provide the best possible patient and doctor experience. She is excited for the upcoming renovations, business expansion, and educational opportunities, and is proud to be part of the “Dream Team” at Innovative Radiology.
